AM I REQUIRED TO ENTER MY PAYMENT INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING?

Yes, we require a credit card to charge the deposit. This allows the scheduled date and time of your cleaning service to be reserved. We charge your card the remaining balance after your professional cleaning service has been completed.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY SCHEDULED CLEANING SERVICE?

No, absolutely not! We just ask that we are able to access your home.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY HOME?

It all depends! However, as a rule of thumb, take the number of bedrooms and turn that into hours (i.e. 1 bedroom = 1 hour)
